Less than six months after opening, Cardiff's latest hotel has achieved the highest accolade given by Wales Tourist Board for business facilities.
The Park Plaza Cardiff has been presented with a platinum grading under the Tourist Board's unique Business Class Award Scheme for both its bedrooms and meeting spaces.
The initiative was launched last year with the aim of rating conference venues and hotels according to the standard of business facilities on offer with either a silver, gold or platinum award.
